Cobaea Scandens
(CO-bay-a)
Cup and Saucer Vine or Cathedral Bells
POLEMONIACEAE

Cup and Saucer VineThis is a wonderful bell shaped annual flower. It is a vigorous grower.  Easy and very pest free.  May grow to 20 feet in full sun or will tolerate part shade.

May be grown from seed. You can also root softwood cuttings in the summer. It will bloom from the middle of the summer until fall.

Purple in color and is fragrant.

Good for zones 9-11.

Tip: Double potting is a great way to dress up a plant into a nice pot. Most plants grow best in a clay pot (because they tend to look old and worn). Dress it up.
