I Have:

I Want: scarlet red runner beans

Contact:  larrynlynnhanlon@cs.com

Additional Information:   Greetings! I garden in Central Oregon, high desert, with lots of bunnies, quail and deer wanting to eat my garden.   I wish to plant several large pots of scarlet red runners on my deck, east side, in front of my kitchen window for summer shade, and  hopefully, provide a useful food source for people.   (I grew scarlet reds in SF Bay Area, CA, some for many years, as a perennial, very hardy and tasty.) I would like to "out fox" the OR wildlife with these containers, and I hope the red runners will be hardy enough to take our high desert extreme temperatures.   Anyone have some beans that are good in a large pot and survive extreme temps?   I promise to do the best I can for them.   Please contact soon.  I hope to plant in May.   Thanks!  Lynnie

I Have:  brugmansia cuttings in the fall.

I Want:  anything

Contact: 1dglvsandy@comcast.net

Additional Information:   Hi All,
I have a new (to me) house, 3 geriatric labs and a passion for gardening. My favorite flower of all times is brugmansia.. any Dr. Seuss, Jean Pasco, any color sauvelons, and so on. I am desperate this season for any seeds, cuttings, or rooted starts, as I am on SSD and under great financial strain; however, in the fall I will have quite a few brugmansia cuttings ready to root which I will gladly share with anyone. Until that time, I have nothing but a humble request for anything that you can part with and are willing to wait until fall for a wonderful brug. I will also have seeds from various vines , moonflower, sweetpea, morning glory and several others. I also will be saving seeds from my 12-16 foot sunflowers that I have saved seed from for at least 10 years. I am from Michigan, but I am in New Mexico now, and starting anew...please contact Sandy at 1dglvsandy@comcast.net
By the way. when I was in Michigan, I traded someone on a site for some perennial morning glory. I had never seen or heard of them before and sadly had to leave the root ball behind. Has anyone here seen or heard of it. I am also looking really hard for some chocolate mint, which I also had in Michigan, and wish I still had. Any help will be greatly appreciated and reciprocated in the fall.
Bless You
Sandy Cowan
